. Some people like to do aerobics because you don't need any special gear. But if you have a good pair of comfortable training shoes, it's a lot better. I go to a gym near my house. I do a really intense workout three times a week. It has 20 minutes of cycling and 20 minutes of running. My boyfriend does weightlifting at the gym, but I like to do it more at home. My favorite day to go to the gym is on Thursday. There's a great Pilates class. I just love Pilates. Yoga's easy to practice at home, but try to minimize distractions so you can concentrate and relax. Meditation takes a lot of patience. For many people, it's hard to sit still for a long time.
