M1: Is this your own clinic?

F2: Yes, I’ve had my own clinic now for about six months. I was working in a different clinic after I graduated, and it was a great learning experience. I really wanted to have my own clinic though, so I saved up and managed to open this place with a friend.

M1: How do you feel about having this clinic?

F1: I’m delighted. This morning I’ve been working on some regular customers, and it’s really good to build up a relationship with them.

M1: Have you had any problems in the clinic?

F1: Well, we haven’t really had any problems. But at the beginning, my friend and I had to think about how to organise our timetables so that the clinic can function efficiently.

M1: What are your plans for the clinic?
